íde-O Application

Privacy Policy Document: Version 1.0
Effective Date: 22 September 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to the íde-O Application.

íde-O is an AI-assisted promotional content platform developed and operated by Humanic Studio. The application allows users to turn a written idea into short promotional videos, video prompts, and poster images, primarily for micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM) and business users in Indonesia.

Unlike an internal enterprise system, íde-O is a public application. Users create their own accounts, provide their own content, and pay for paid features using a prepaid credit balance.

Humanic Studio acts as both the developer and the operator of the application, and is responsible for the information processed through it.

íde-O is designed to process only the information required to produce what the user requests. Every permission requested by the application has a clearly defined purpose and is used only when the user accesses the relevant feature.

We are committed to processing user information responsibly, transparently, and securely in accordance with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains:

  • The information processed through the íde-O Application.
  • The purposes of processing information.
  • The permissions used by the application.
  • The third-party services supporting the operation of the application.
  • How information is stored and protected.
  • Users' rights regarding their personal information.

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the íde-O Application, whether accessed through the web application at ideo.humanic.click or through the mobile application.

3. Principles of Information Processing

The íde-O Application processes only the information necessary to perform the functions selected by the user. Every piece of information processed has a direct relationship with the feature being used.

Information processed through the application may originate from the following sources:

  • Information provided by the user during registration.
  • Information voluntarily submitted by the user when using a feature, such as a written idea or an uploaded photograph.
  • Information generated by the application as a result of the user's request, such as a produced video, prompt, or poster.
  • Information generated by payment activity, such as a record of a credit top-up.

The íde-O Application is not designed to access or collect device information unrelated to its operational functions, such as the device IMEI, the device's phone number, contact lists, calendar entries, or other unnecessary device information.

4. Information We Process

4.1 Account Information

To create and maintain a user account, the application processes:

  • Email address
  • Password, stored only in encrypted form and never in readable form
  • Display name, if provided
  • Profile photograph, if provided
  • Country and city, if provided

The íde-O Application does not request or store the National Identity Number (NIK), Tax Identification Number (NPWP), identity card photographs, or any other government identification document.

4.2 Content Submitted by the User

When a user uses a content-producing feature, the application processes:

  • The written idea, brand name, and other text entered by the user.
  • Reference photographs uploaded by the user, such as product, packaging, or personal photographs.
  • Production settings selected by the user, such as duration, visual style, and aspect ratio.

Reference photographs are processed for one purpose only: to serve as a visual reference for the requested output. They are not used to build facial recognition profiles, are not compared against other users' photographs, and are not used to train any model operated by Humanic Studio.

4.3 Generated Output

The application stores the videos, prompts, and poster images produced for the user, together with the request that produced them and the time of production. These records appear in the user's History and are visible only to that user.

4.4 Transaction Information

The application records credit top-ups, credit deductions, and the resulting balance.

The íde-O Application never receives or stores card numbers, CVV codes, bank account credentials, or payment authentication data. All payment data is submitted directly to the payment service provider on its own page. The application receives only the result of the transaction.

4.5 Technical Information

Server logs, including IP address, device and browser type, and access time. This information is processed for security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.

5. Purpose of Information Processing

Information processed through the application is used solely to:

  • Produce the videos, prompts, and posters requested by the user.
  • Create and maintain the user's account.
  • Record credit top-ups, deductions, and the resulting balance.
  • Provide the user's History of previously produced work.
  • Provide customer support and respond to user enquiries.
  • Protect the application against abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access.
  • Comply with legal obligations, including transaction record-keeping and taxation.
  • Improve the application, using aggregated figures that do not identify any individual user.

Information processed through the application is never used for marketing, advertising, profiling, or sold to any third party.

We do not publish, display, or reuse a user's ideas, photographs, or produced work as examples, promotional material, or portfolio content without that user's prior consent.

6. Permissions Used

The íde-O Application requests only the permissions necessary to support specific application features. Each permission has a direct relationship with the functionality being used by the user.

6.1 Camera

Camera permission is required when the user chooses to take a new photograph to be used as a visual reference for a video. The camera is activated only when the user intentionally selects that option, and the resulting photograph is used only for the request being prepared.

6.2 Photo Library

Photo Library permission allows users to select existing images stored on their device to be used as reference photographs. The application does not access, organize, index, or scan the user's entire photo library; only the files the user explicitly selects are read.

6.3 Microphone

On certain devices, microphone permission may be requested automatically as part of the operating system's camera framework. The íde-O Application does not use the microphone to record users' voices, conversations, or audio for any purpose.

6.4 Permissions Not Requested

The application does not request location permission, does not perform geofencing, does not collect background location, and does not request access to contacts, calendar entries, SMS messages, or call logs.

7. Third-Party Services

To support the operation, reliability, and security of the application, íde-O utilizes trusted third-party technology services. The application currently uses the following services:

  • Firebase Authentication — user authentication.
  • Cloud Firestore — operational application data, including account records, credit balance, and production history.
  • Firebase Storage — photographs uploaded by users and files produced by the application.
  • Firebase Cloud Functions — server-side processing of user requests.
  • Gemini API, provided by Google — generation of video prompts from the user's written idea.
  • Eachlabs — video generation from the produced prompt and the user's reference photographs.
  • Pollinations — image generation for the Poster feature. For this feature the request is sent directly from the user's browser, which means the user's IP address is visible to that service.
  • iPaymu — payment processing for credit top-ups.

These providers may process only the information necessary to perform their respective services and are subject to their own privacy policies. Several of them operate outside Indonesia, which means information may be processed outside Indonesian territory.

8. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

The íde-O Application is built around artificial intelligence. The written idea submitted by the user is processed by an AI model to produce a video prompt, and that prompt — together with any reference photographs — is processed by a video generation service to produce the final video. Poster images are produced by a separate image generation service.

Users are responsible for the information they submit. We recommend that users do not submit personal information, confidential business information, or other sensitive information that is not necessary for the promotional material being produced.

Output generated by AI may contain inaccuracies. Text rendered inside a video or poster is drawn rather than typed and is frequently misspelled; faces and products resemble the reference photographs without being identical; and the same idea may produce different results on different attempts. Output must be reviewed by the user before publication and must not be relied upon as a factual, legal, medical, or financial statement.

Content submitted by users is not used to train any AI model operated by Humanic Studio.

9. Information Sharing

Information processed through the íde-O Application is shared only with parties that require access to operate the application.

Information may be accessed by:

  • Authorized personnel of Humanic Studio, solely to the extent necessary to provide technical support, system maintenance, operational recovery, and troubleshooting.
  • Trusted third-party technology providers listed in Section 7, only where necessary to support the operation of the application.

We do not sell, rent, or disclose users' personal information for marketing, advertising, or other commercial purposes.

Information may only be disclosed where required by applicable laws or pursuant to lawful requests from authorized government authorities.

10. File Links and Accessibility of Produced Files

This section describes a technical characteristic of the application that users should be aware of.

Photographs and produced files are stored with long, randomly generated links. Another user cannot browse or open a user's History. However, the file link itself can be opened by anyone who holds it — it is protected by being unguessable, not by a lock. This is a requirement of the production process: the video generation service retrieves reference photographs from outside our system without carrying any user credentials.

Users are therefore advised to treat download links as confidential, to share them only where necessary, and not to upload photographs that would cause harm if the link were to circulate.

11. Data Storage and Retention

  • Account information is retained for as long as the account remains active.
  • Submitted content and produced output are retained for as long as the account remains active, unless the user requests earlier deletion.
  • Transaction records are retained longer than the account itself, where required by accounting and taxation obligations.
  • Server logs are generally retained for a period measured in months and are then deleted automatically.

Humanic Studio does not guarantee permanent storage of produced files. Users are advised to download output that is important to them. Where archived material must be removed, users will be notified in advance by email wherever reasonably possible.

12. User Rights

Users have the right to:

  • View the personal information held in their account.
  • Update personal information that can be modified through the application.
  • Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Request deletion of specific content or of the entire account.
  • Withdraw consent previously given.
  • Object to the way their information is processed.

Requests should be sent to cs@humanic.click from the registered email address, and will be answered within 30 days. Where certain information must be retained to satisfy a legal obligation, we will state which information is affected and why.

13. Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their account at any time by contacting cs@humanic.click from the registered email address. Deletion of an individual item of produced work may be requested in the same way.

Upon deletion, account information, submitted content, and produced output are removed. Transaction records are retained where required by applicable accounting and taxation laws.

Any remaining credit balance is forfeited on deletion and is not refundable in money. Users are advised to use their remaining balance before requesting deletion.

14. Children

The íde-O Application is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. A parent or guardian who becomes aware that a child has registered may contact us and the account will be removed.

15. Cookies

The web application uses cookies for one purpose: to keep the user signed in after logging in. No advertising cookies are used and no cross-site tracking is performed. Deleting these cookies simply signs the user out.

16. Security

Connections are encrypted, passwords are never stored in readable form, and access to stored information is restricted by server-side rules. No system is entirely immune to compromise. In the event of a breach affecting user information, affected users and the relevant authorities will be notified in accordance with applicable regulations.
